Slim Profile — Fits to Fascia Below the Gutter

Slimline 50 Under Eave Awnings

The Slimline 50 Under Eave Awning is a custom-made aluminium
awning designed to sit neatly beneath the eaves of your home.
It is an under eave awning Sydney homeowners use where a
standard wall-mounted awning won’t fit — the frame mounts to
the fascia and the wall, keeping everything tight and flush.

Every awning is hand-built in Sydney using metal awning-grade
aluminium and powder coated for durability. Polycarbonate
sheeting is available in a range of colours to control light
and heat. Custom-made to your exact measurements and supplied
direct — no middlemen, no markup.

Fully welded 50×50mm aluminium frame, powder coated to your specification, and custom made to suit any width or projection. Supplied direct to builders, awning contractors and DIY self-installers Australia-wide.

Under Eave Awning Frame & Fixing Details

The Slimline 50 Under Eave Awning mounts directly to the wall with brackets supporting cantilever arms that extend beneath the eaves.
The awning panel sits on the arms and is fixed to the fascia just below the gutter.

This design maximises coverage by combining the eave depth with up to 1065mm projection, providing sleek, reliable shelter without the need for posts.

Installing Your Slimline 50 Under Eave — Overview

The Slimline 50 with Fixed Arms is the simplest custom aluminium awning we make. The arms are fully welded to the frame — the whole awning goes up as one piece, fixed directly into the timber studs behind your cladded wall. No assembly, no loose parts, no fuss..

Step 1 — Fix the wall brackets and arms to the wall

Fix each wall bracket into the timber studs behind the cladding. Slot the arm in and push it hard up against the eave before locking off.

Step 2 —Lower the awning panel onto the arms

Lower the panel down onto the arms, seat the front rail onto the arm tongues and fix to the fascia at the rear.

Step 3 — Seal the awning to the wall

Run a bead of silicone along the rear where the awning meets the fascia. Done.
